Spring has come and gone, June has washed away, and we are now passed the 4th of July fireworks. Where does time go? It seems like just yesterday we were in the midst of the hustle and bustle of spring weddings. But with the change of seasons comes the sweet change of flowers. While we will miss the sweetness of peonies and the vibrancy of Hydrangea's, we are excited for the coming of SUNFLOWERS! We are now in that time of year when you see sunflowers standing tall in fields, shining in people's homes, and bringing smiles in wedding bouquets. There is just something so comforting and nostalgic about the arrival of sunflowers; they remind us of our warm childhood days of spending summer at grandma's, eating homemade icecream, and laying under the stars. Isn't that what summer is all about? The excitement of what's to come in the next few months is what gets us through this sizzling South Georgia heat! What summer flowers do you love most? What feelings do you get when you see sunflowers? Feel free to answer below in the comments!
